Push Block
Bolt-on push blocks made of SSAB Strenx XF steels allows for maximum utility while bolt-on setup allows for easily changed parts.
Gate system
Twin 8” composite cylinders, Integrated pin system to allow various spread options, pin lock open/lock close system. Our Industry-leading design allows load pinching abilities with our standard 12 ft gates.
Axles and Suspension
2 Genuine Meritor axles with 25,000 lbs weight rating provide for more than enough weight to get the job done. Hendrickson HT-230 Air Ride Suspensions provide for a safe and smooth riding trailer.
Brakes
Chamber on top of the axle, Q+ Shoes, Wabco ABS system,and automatic slack adjust provide fast and safe stopping to the trailer.
Wheels and Tires
8 Aluminum 22.5 wheels with 11R22.5 tires provide pristine on and off-road performance.
Landing Gear
Stiff pin legs are mounted in front of doors.
Fenders
Full inside and outside bolted on aluminum fenders help us be even more lightweight.
Paint Options
Trailers are sandblasted, primed, and painted with Diamond Vogel paint to maximize protection from rust. Colors include black, white, green, blue, red, orange, and yellow.
